Final

I chose map drawings as my technical drawing style because I have always found the way they are intricately drawn to be interesting. I came across an image from a blog of an antique map that I used as a precedent image for exercise six. I drew my image from exercise one (identity) into this style. I like the contrast between simplistic, monochrome and modern forms that are in my drawing the colourful and detailed drawing of the map. I tried to use aspects of both images, copying the forms of my drawing to make continents on the map.
